Check the account
Use the same iCloud account in the devices’ system settings and compatible, current app versions.
Sync the source device
Open Settings → Saving and backups, check the status and choose Sync now.
Wait for the right status
Wait for Synced. Saved locally confirms a local save, not delivery to another device.
Open the second device
Open Cross-Stitch Copilot and, if needed, choose Sync now in the same settings section.
Verify actual content
Open the project and compare marks, PDF pages and materials. Export a separate backup before deleting the source copy.
Continue on another device with iCloud
Check synchronization before relying on a project on Mac, iPhone or iPad.
