Support & getting started

A helping hand.
Back to your stitching.

Start a project

Open the project library and choose to create a project. Import your PDF or image chart, use a supported chart file, or choose a photo to create a new pattern. Review the import preview and any warnings before you begin.

For PDF cell tracking, align the grid and compare symbols and thread matches with the source chart. Read the PDF tracking guide for the distinction between reading the original page and individual stitch data.

Mark and correct stitches

In the chart workspace, enter selection mode, select the stitches or area, then confirm the mark. Undo restores the last change. Check the current color and work area before marking a group.

On a configured PDF page, symbol highlighting suggests possible matches. Review these suggestions against the original pattern rather than assuming every match is correct.

Save and back up your work

Your project and marks save as you work. Open Settings → Saving and backups to export or import a backup. Keep exported files in a location you control and retain copies separately from the app.

Where iCloud synchronization is available, use the same Apple account and allow iCloud access in system settings. Sync requires an internet connection. A sync feature is not a substitute for a separate exported backup.

If a chart will not import

Check the file type, whether the file is protected, and any message shown in the import preview. Support for a named format family does not guarantee every variant. If exact chart conversion is unavailable, the original PDF may still be readable where supported.

In feedback, include the format, error message, app version and the steps you followed. You can describe the issue without sharing a copyrighted or private pattern.

Contact the developer
