Open the chart page
Open your PDF and select the page containing the stitch grid.
Open the grid controls
Choose More actions → Project → Page grid.
Align the grid
Try Find grid automatically. If needed, use Adjust grid manually → Select grid bounds, select the outer chart-grid bounds and set Columns and Rows.

Check several places
Zoom into the edges and interior lines. Only choose The grid matches the chart when the cells line up across the chart.
Save and test
Choose Save, mark one completed cell and compare its position with the original PDF.
