Your stitching projects
Charts, imported documents, stitch progress, notes, photos, thread inventory, profiles and preferences are processed and saved on your device. The developer does not receive your stitching projects through an analytics or advertising service.
iCloud
When iCloud is available, Cross-Stitch Copilot can automatically synchronize your workspace through your private Apple CloudKit database. This may include projects, imported files, progress, photos, materials, profiles and preferences. Use the same iCloud account on your devices. The developer cannot browse your private iCloud workspace. Apple processes iCloud data under its own privacy policy. Local work remains available without iCloud; iCloud access can be managed in your device’s system settings.
Photos, files and exports
Photos and documents you choose are used to create charts or record progress. Access is controlled by the system picker and applicable device permissions. A backup or image is shared only when you choose an export destination or sharing recipient. Exported copies remain in the location you selected.
Optional feedback
If you choose Send feedback, your message, category and optional reply email are sent to the developer. The request also includes app version, system version, language/locale and submission time. This information is used to investigate issues and respond, not for advertising. Cloud hosting and email delivery providers process the request for delivery and security and may process network information such as an IP address. Do not include passwords, private charts or other sensitive information in feedback.
Advertising and tracking
Cross-Stitch Copilot does not include advertising SDKs or third-party behavioral analytics, and does not use advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking. Apple may provide platform-level diagnostics and App Store information under your Apple settings.
Deleting and controlling your data
Use the project deletion and Recently deleted controls to remove local projects. Synced changes and project deletions are sent to iCloud when synchronization succeeds. Remove exported backups separately from their chosen location. You can manage permissions and iCloud access in system settings. For support or a privacy request, open Settings → Send feedback in Cross-Stitch Copilot. This policy may be updated when the app changes; the current revision date appears above.
